Our CEO Mrs Tatjana Müller, born in the Ukraine and has studied business administration at the University of Economics and law of Crimea in Sevastopol and laws at the Goethe University of Frankfurt.

From our range of services, she covers the areas office operations service, management of apartment communities in the Rhine-Main area and global investment.

Prof. Dr. Werner Müller

Our shareholder Prof. Dr. Werner Müller is a trained industrial business management assistant and certified chartered accountant, has studied business administration and Economics and he did his PhD at an Institute for Business Informatics. He worked approximately 9 years in management positions in accounting, last as a financial manager in the German group of a Danish logistics group. Since 1997 he teaches as Professor of accounting and controlling at the University Applied Sciences of Mainz. From 2000 to 2004, he was technical advisory board member in the Haufe Publishing House, and from 2001 to 2006 of Chairman of Consulting AG.

Boris Lugovkin

Our architect Boris Lugovkin studied at an architecture and civil engineering academy in Russia and graduated in architecture. He has a total of 14 years of professional experience as an architect. Of these, he worked as an architect in Moscow for 10 years. He dealt with the design of residential and public buildings, as well as project planning and design of the stores "ECCO", "PARAD", "GEOX". Under his leadership, more than 100 stores in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan were put into operation. He supervised a group of architects and designers.
 
He solves structural issues and questions related to the maintenance of buildings. His competence also includes the design of apartments and their maintenance in the condition required for renting.
